SSi People Join our client as a Specialist in Manufacturing, focusing on New Product Introduction. This role is pivotal in integrating new products into our client's manufacturing facility. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans for new product introductions, ensuring scope, schedule, and risk management are maintained. Resolve issues promptly and communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams. Manage Change Controls, ensuring compliance with GMP regulatory procedures. Lead team meetings to ensure project milestones are met on schedule. Communicate project updates clearly to peers and senior leadership. Skills Required: Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership. Knowledge of Drug Product Formulation and Vial/Syringe Filling operations. Familiarity with quality systems like change control and validation practices. Strong organizational and technical writing skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
