What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, client communication, and overall project design
Mentor and oversee the design work of junior staff members
Solicit work with new and existing clients; write proposals and conduct interviews
Manage multiple projects and maintain effective communications with clients
Ensure quality control and compliance within project scope
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience working with Civil 3D software
Expertise in design and calculations for drainage facilities, grading, street improvements, and water, sewer, and storm drain systems
