Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction field. - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including the use of tools and equipment. - Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and drawings. - Excellent mathematical skills to accurately measure and cut materials. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good physical condition and stamina, able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - OSHA certification and/or other relevant safety training is an asset. Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or relevant training program. - Experience in specialized carpentry areas such as cabinetry, framing, or finishing.
