Up to $120K+ DOE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Electrical Superintendent
to oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects in
Austin, TX . The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of experience
supervising commercial electrical projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all on-site electrical construction activities. Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades. Ensure projects adhere to electrical codes, company standards, and project specifications. Supervise and mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors. Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines efficiently. Enforce safety policies and conduct job site inspections. Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and installation issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial electrical construction. In-depth knowledge of NEC codes, commercial electrical systems, and industry best practices. Ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate labor efficiently. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical documents. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to travel to job sites in and around Austin as needed.
