Sr. Designer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing) (Exempt)
who will be involved with delivering comprehensive design and engineering solutions for building and utility infrastructure projects, covering mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role is
hybrid
in
Baltimore, MD .
Requirements of the Sr. Designer:
Applies engineering principles to tasks, making independent judgments and adapting standard techniques. Develops design strategies for large-scale projects and oversees mechanical engineering activities. Manages project design and progress, coordinating with officials and external agencies, and resolving complex issues. Acts as a liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams. Reviews plans, prepares technical specifications, and supervises less experienced engineers and support staff.
Qualifications of the Sr. Designer:
10+ years of systems design experience. Experience with design of low voltage systems. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office software. PE license is strongly preferred. Passes the FE is preferred. Bachelors in engineering and/or an MBA is required.
Compensation of the Sr. Designer:
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 *based on experience* Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, and Vision, HSA, 401k, Sick Leave as required by law, Cell and Milage reimbursement, PTO, Professional development assistance
