Overview
Electrical Superintendent role with mission-critical electrical systems experience. 100% onsite; base pay range provided by Wide Effect Talent Solutions. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience; speak with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise daily electrical construction activities on-site, including crews and subcontractors. Ensure all electrical installations meet project specifications, drawings, codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, General Contractor, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety programs, policies, and procedures. Review and interpret electrical plans, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability. Plan manpower needs, schedule work activities, and track daily progress to meet project milestones. Assist in material management, including verifying deliveries, inventory control, and proper storage/handling. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Support testing, commissioning, and turnover of electrical systems in a mission-critical environment. Mentor and develop foremen and journeyman electricians to strengthen team capability. Qualifications
7+ years of progressive electrical construction experience, including at least 3 years in a superintendent or field leadership role. Proven experience with data center or mission-critical electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, power distribution). In-depth knowledge of the NEC, electrical codes, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage crews in the field. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Proficiency in project scheduling, field reporting, and use of construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.). OSHA 30 and other safety certifications preferred.
