Senior Site Reliability Engineer
to join our high-performing, collaborative, and passionate team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our cloud infrastructure is
secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient , enabling our developers to move fast while building innovative solutions that truly
Modernize Medicine . This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead automation, observability, and performance initiatives across a dynamic healthcare IT environment, helping shape the future of our cloud-native platform. This role is based at our HQ in Boca Raton, FL. Your Role: Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Administer and optimize AWS environments for security, performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Monitoring & Observability:
Enhance DataDog monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues. Developer Empowerment:
Standardize infrastructure and provide self-service access through GitOps, APIs, UIs, and other automation tools. CI/CD Optimization:
Improve deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS services for fast and reliable releases. Containerization & Orchestration:
Lead Kubernetes initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and resilience. Performance Tuning & Cost Optimization:
Continuously improve cloud performance and reduce costs through smart resource management. Windows & IIS Expertise:
Manage Windows Servers, IIS, SSL/TLS certificates, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting performance issues. Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
Quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues across AWS environments. Security & Compliance:
Implement best practices for cloud security and regulatory compliance. Mentorship & Collaboration:
Guide junior engineers, foster learning, and promote a culture of operational excellence. Skills & Requirements: Experience:
5+ years in Cloud/Site Reliability Engineering. Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field Cloud Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience with AWS, including security, performance tuning, and cost management. Automation & Tooling:
Proficiency with DataDog, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and scripting languages (Python, Bash). Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, CI/CD best practices, and Windows Server/IIS administration. Leadership:
Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives. Communication:
