Industrial Electrical Superintendent

Minimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience leading self-perform electrical crews on large industrial projects Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and industrial safety requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Proven ability to manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/work on-site as needed Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate between crews, project managers, and clients Requirements & Qualifications

Directly supervise and mentor self-perform crews on complex electrical installations Lead daily safety meetings and enforce safety culture on site Coordinate with project management to align manpower and resources with project schedules Monitor work quality and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with client and code requirements Provide accurate progress reports and input on schedule adjustments Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep projects on track At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
