HII Mission Technologies seeks a Senior RF or Electronic Systems Engineer with expertise in complex system-of-systems engineering. Responsibilities include hardware/software design, analysis, development, integration, verification, and validation of complex systems. The role requires analyzing requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, and leading engineering efforts, including customer interactions. Strong testing and evaluation background, and controls/instrumentation experience, are highly desirable. Essential Job Responsibilities
Perform engineering functions in electronics, electrical, computer, mechanical, or related fields. Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. Maintain communication with team members, customers, and management. Job Requirements
Minimum Secret security clearance required to start; ability to obtain TS/SCI with clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 15 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s; 13 years with Master’s; 10 years with PhD. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Radar Hardware Design, Test & Evaluation, MATLAB, RF, Fire Control Radar, EW, and anechoic chamber use. Desired Skills
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing, Hardware-in-the-Loop, C++, SIMULINK, and CAD tools. Physical Requirements
Office or industrial environment; lifting materials within safety guidelines. The salary range is an estimate based on location, responsibilities, and candidate qualifications.
