Manage projects from initial design concept to completion, including staffing and scheduling. Execute project design within budget and schedule constraints. Serve as a project engineer, coordinating engineers, designers, and sub-consultants. Establish and maintain client relations, attend meetings, and participate in marketing and contractual activities. Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Use engineering software to prepare design documents. Ensure quality system compliance. Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for water and wastewater systems. Conduct transient analysis and hydraulic calculations. Support master planning projects and communicate effectively with clients and teams. Prepare technical reports on modeling results. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. 4+ years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license. Understanding of hydraulic analysis of water/wastewater systems. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). AICP certification is a plus. Experience with GIS and modeling software such as ArcGIS Pro, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater Pro, or InfoWorks ICM.
