Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work and involved, detailed design work. Completes project designs and drawings in 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD, site observations, specifications, calculations, equipment selection and application, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary. Senior level employees interface directly with clients and end users to understand and document expectations and lead the project during design and construction. Demonstrates attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborates effectively as a team member with good people skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university Proven experience designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects EIT or P.E. license desired, not required Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Ability to develop electrical designs from concept through construction completion Prepare engineering design calculations, layouts, and detailed reports Coordinate electrical design with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines Benefits
