Support sales efforts by jointly calling on end users and delivering outstanding solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with distribution channels through planning and technical training. Create and oversee the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution. Generate sales surpassing forecasts, contributing to market share growth. Implement activities aligned with strategic organizational goals. Cultivate customer relationships to foster repeat business in assigned territories. Work with your Area Manager to develop a Top 25 account list within your territory. Assess sales potential, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans for market penetration, including cold calling and canvassing. Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations. Provide accurate and timely quotations and expedite orders as needed. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future business opportunities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of outside sales experience selling technical or industrial products; STEAM experience preferred. Ability to deliver professional presentations to customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license compliant with company policies. Familiarity with and based in the Arkansas market.
