Lead technical onboarding and integrations for publisher and data partners Manage day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting across CTV/OLV partners Oversee ad platform integrations, ensuring IRIS_ID/IRIS_CONTEXT availability across SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers Serve as the primary technical contact for Data Partners and Ad Platforms Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support adoption and partner success Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in programmatic ad tech, ideally in CTV/video 2+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering Strong knowledge of programmatic video/CTV, DSPs/SSPs, and OpenRTB Bachelor’s degree required Proficiency in Excel; SQL and API (REST/GraphQL) experience a plus Preferred Qualifications
