Overview
As a
Senior Hardware Project Manager , you will lead the end-to-end coordination of radiation oncology equipment installations—from greenfield sites to vault renovations and upgrades. You’ll work closely with Sales, Site Planning, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in Cancer Centers and Radiation Oncology Clinics. This role emphasizes strong project management and construction expertise, with a focus on customer satisfaction, patient safety, and timely delivery. What You Will Do
Customer Engagement & Planning:
Consult with customers alongside Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Site Planning teams. Review orders for discrepancies and ensure alignment with implementation requirements. Clarify customer prerequisites, RFPs, and project expectations. Participate in solution-driven negotiations with customers. Project Execution & Oversight
Coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation. Oversee timelines, budgets, and revenue forecasting to ensure goals are met. Create and manage detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and initiate corrective actions to minimize non-conformance costs. Conduct onsite and remote project meetings to review progress and resolve issues. Stakeholder Communication & Compliance
Maintain continuous communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Liaise with customer Project Managers, General Contractors, and internal Software PMs. Coordinate commissioning activities onsite with Site Engineering Management. Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax, Export Control, EHS). Apply general knowledge of construction and electrical codes and government radiation regulations. Team Leadership
Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff. Lead multiple concurrent projects with a focus on leadership, accountability, and execution. What You Will Have
8+ years of related experience. Proven project management experience, ideally in installations or implementations. Construction management experience, especially in healthcare settings, is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with construction drawings General understanding of IT infrastructure and hospital operations. PMP or Six Sigma certification. Experience in field customer service, construction management, or engineering. Experience interacting with healthcare providers, hospital executives, and construction contractors for the installation of medical devices Knowledge of construction and electrical codes and radiation safety requirements. Travel Requirement
Up to 85% travel to client sites for project meetings, progress reviews, and onsite coordination. Who we are

The Annual Base Pay for this position is
Min $109,200
–
Max $163,800 . Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position may be eligible for commissions as per company plan. The company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time, subject to eligibility.
