multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy
is seeking a
Structural Engineer
to join its Dallas team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of building projects — from commercial developments and healthcare facilities to education and mixed-use structures — all within a supportive and technically driven environment. You’ll have the chance to lead smaller design packages independently while collaborating closely with senior engineers on larger, more complex projects. The position provides clear pathways for professional growth, exposure to multiple disciplines under one roof, and involvement throughout all project phases — from early design through construction. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design of building structures using relevant codes and standards. Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in coordination with other engineering disciplines. Utilize
Revit
and structural modeling software to produce accurate and efficient designs. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Review design documents and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations. Support project managers with scheduling, budgets, and coordination tasks. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil or Structural Engineering
from an accredited university. Minimum 3 years
of relevant experience in a structural or architectural engineering consulting setting. Proficiency with
Revit
and related design tools. Strong understanding of building systems, construction materials, and load path behavior. Proven ability to manage design tasks, communicate clearly, and meet project deadlines. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
in Texas preferred, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe. Job details
