Responsibilities
The Advanced Clinical Nurse supporting Mercy's Center for Advanced Fetal Care is responsible for performing and/or assisting in all clinical areas in the department. The advanced clinical nurse will assist providers, perform fetal monitoring, document history of patients, perform NSTs and AFIs as requested by the provider. The advanced clinical nurse will document in the patient\'s chart and communicate with other professionals of the center to ensure quality care is given to the patient.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam. 3 years of labor and delivery room License Requirements: RN license with the state of Maryland Certification Requirements: CPR
