The Superintendent coordinates and schedules the installation of fabricated assemblies on projects ranging in value from $10M to $200M, including data centers, hospitals, complex government facilities, airports, railway systems, and manufacturing projects, which may be greenfield or involve complex renovations. The

Superintendent

is a critical part of the project team, estimating, developing, and executing the integrated project plan. The Superintendent is responsible for directing, scheduling, coordinating the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Responsibilities

Maintain an environment of ethical and motivated behavior Motivate and lead teams and team members Deliver a safe, quality project on time within budget to enhance the owner relationship Develop the estimate and the integrated project plan with the project team Understand the contract, scope, specifications, drawings, and integrated project plan Manage site logistics with the Logistics Service Center Manage procurements and material releases with the Procurement Service Center Collaborate with senior management, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures and construction problems Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients Plan, organize, and direct daily activities to the plan; dispatch workers as needed and monitor progress Direct and supervise teams and delegate responsibilities to foremen and electricians Inspect and review projects for compliance with building and safety regulations and codes Coordinate with other contractors Ensure quality and safe installations with support from Safety and Quality Service Centers Monitor daily and weekly progress against the plan Maintain positive cash flow and project profitability with the project team Mentor technicians for promotion and conduct performance appraisals Qualifications

Years of Experience:

At least ten (10) years in the electrical industry, including two years as a foreman Minimum Education and Certifications:

High School / GED with 10+ years of experience Master electrician's license (preferred) Advanced training in one career discipline or entry-level requirements in two Software Tools

Estimating – Accubid Anywhere and Bluebeam Modeling – Revit Production Tracking – Infralink Scheduling – Primavera P6 Abilities

Exposure to computer screens; ability to sit for extended periods Dexterity to operate keyboards and manipulate objects Clear communication and ability to understand information presented verbally and in writing Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing Apply general rules to solve problems Identify and understand others’ speech Employment details
