Structural Engineer
to join our
Bridges and Civil Structures
Team. This is an
entry-level
position and is based out of
Denver, CO .

Responsibilities
Design and develop plans and drawings, which may include the development of preliminary layout and/or final drawings. Perform simple drafting and CAD assignments following detailed instructions. Develop engineering calculations under the supervision of senior structural engineers. Provide administrative and operations support to Structures Engineering staff. Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports. Assist engineers with Structures plan production tasks.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of experience in a related technical field. EDUCATION: B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited college/university or a M.S. in Structural Engineering is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Math skills to perform calculations; willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural design software. Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred).
PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: E.I. or E.I.T.

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
