What You’ll Do

Own top-of-funnel sales

by generating qualified opportunities through email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach.

Prospect into K–12 schools, universities, athletic programs, and corporate partners , with support from marketing and leadership.

Run consultative discovery calls

that uncover prospect pain points and align our solutions to their recognition and engagement goals.

Deliver live product demos

to showcase Rocket’s value and drive urgency.

Track and optimize your pipeline

using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and AI-based sales tech.

Collaborate closely

with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and improve close rates.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Have a Bachelor's degree and a strong academic or extracurricular track record.

Have

some

experience in outbound sales, lead gen, or B2B SaaS—internships count.

Are exceptionally personable, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with executives.

Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where autonomy and execution matter.

Are resourceful and tech-savvy—comfortable using ChatGPT, HubSpot, G Suite, and other tools to work smarter.

Are obsessed with learning sales the right way, and want to be part of a team that wins together.

Track record of beating quota

Background in sports, education, or nonprofits

Negotiation skills and objection-handling experience
