We are building a world-class sales organization and seek motivated, results-driven sales professionals to join our Mid-Market California Corp Team. This team plays a crucial role in generating new business within mid-sized companies across various sectors such as Technology, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Professional Services in California. here . Responsibilities
Source and close new business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. Develop a deep understanding of Verkada products and their industry applications. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, hosting online demos, creating proposals, and closing deals. Maintain accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting. Exceed activity targets through proactive outreach via calls, emails, online demos, and trials. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners. Collaborate closely with Channel Partners, Solutions Engineering, and Technical Support for smooth launches and future growth. Provide market and client feedback to Verkada's Product and Engineering teams. Qualifications
Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in San Mateo, California. At least 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role. Effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and present confidently. Thrives in a dynamic, competitive, fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Tenacity, motivation to learn, and self-drive. Compensation
We offer an annual pay range based on experience and market factors, with potential additional incentives such as bonuses and equity. The estimated range is $125,000 — $190,000 USD, including base salary and commissions. Equal Opportunity Employment
