Job Summary Performs routine responsibilities and serves as a primary point of contact for the clients they oversee, while working under direct supervision. Supports and informs coverage strategy and plans and applies insurance principles to everyday situations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily service on assigned tasks by Producers and/or Account Executives in accordance with the agency’s written procedures, including but not limited to:

Issue Proofs of Insurance (Certificate, Evidence, Auto ID)

Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs in a timely manner

Request changes on behalf of the client

Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered

Process audits, cancellations, and other client-related documents

Maintain accuracy of client data in the agency management system (EPIC)

Document all activities in the agency management system (EPIC)

Keep current with industry trends by participating in educational seminars and classes for improvement of insurance/sales skills and license compliance

Complete other functions and assignments as assigned

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Producer License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire date

Strong organizational skills with the ability to discern priority and initiative

Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Mathematical Skills: ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages

Reasoning Skills: ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions

EPIC experience is a plus

Education/Experience

High School diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred

CPCU or related training a plus

Salary The base range for this position is $24.51-$33.17 per hour. This range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
