MNTN is seeking a
Senior Vice President of Sales
to lead our revenue engine end-to-end. We're looking for a driven, accomplished leader with a proven track record of scaling high-performing global sales organizations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. What You'll Do
Inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales culture that reflects MNTN's vision and mission. Scale a strong but lean team into a repeatable, high-output revenue engine. Lead from the front—jump into deals, coach reps in real time, and sharpen sales messaging. Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align revenue growth. Apply deep knowledge of SaaS / Adtech / Martech sales strategies and market dynamics. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute GTM plans. Drive growth with an obsession for key metrics across revenue, process, and systems. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering diversity, continuous learning, and growth mindsets. What You'll Bring
10+ years of revenue leadership experience in fast-growth B2B SaaS environments, overseeing both enterprise and self-service sales. Expertise in scaling SMB sales with high-velocity, repeatable motions. Experience building channel and agency partnerships to accelerate growth. Proven ability to optimize inbound funnels while expanding outbound and partner-led channels. Strong operational discipline to scale revenue efficiently. Obsessed with pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and sales velocity. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, revenue technology stacks, ABM environments, lead scoring, and opportunity development. Product and data-driven leadership skills that fuel predictable, sustainable growth. Background in SaaS, Adtech, or Martech strongly preferred. MNTN Perks
