Acquisition Logistics Manager

to support the SSC SZWC Space Electronic Warfare Operating Location (SEWOL) team. The SEWOL Program supports the USSF Space Superiority enterprise, providing incremental delivery of worldwide SEW C2 capabilities. SEW is the only Offensive Space Control capability in space operations today but requires continual enhancements to counter adversary’s growing use of SATCOM. SSC's strategy enables flexibility to adapt to changes in adversary’s capabilities and agility to respond to Operational Users with tactical units across Space Delta 3 and other commands. Responsibilities

Provide advice, expertise and consultation in acquisition logistics management lifecycle activities, in concert with sustainment engineering, logistics and test and evaluation members to the SSC government integrated planning team Provide expert advice to the Materiel Leader (ML) / Program Manager (PM) and Senior USSF and Air Force Leadership regarding acquisition strategies, product support, logistics, contracting, budgeting and execution Provide oversight and facilitation of program management activities between operational stakeholders, as well as other developmental program activities supporting SEWOL Advise and present information in person to stakeholders and Senior Military Leadership on program milestone decisions and processes to ensure continued program success Provide a wide variety of acquisition/sustainment technical analyses including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps to the Government Program Manager Facilitate PPBE efforts to obtain and execute funding for the program portfolio, including FY planning, execution monitoring, unfunded requirements management, and POM development Contribute to development and coordination of strategic acquisition planning and pre-award activities and documentation (ESIS, ASP, SOW/WO/PWS, RFI, J&A, IGCE, QASP) Lead development and coordination of solicitation planning and execution (RFP, source selection plans/strategies, and associated documentation) Manage and assist in development and coordination of program planning and execution documents per DoDI 5000.02 and other applicable policies Draft technical evaluations and act as advisor in source selections Support one or more acquisition programs as assigned by Air Force/Space Force with responsibility for performance and schedule execution Lead integrated scheduling and active risk management for Operations Integration, Logistics, and Product Support Prepare program scheduling activities, meetings, briefings, reports and analyze information in support of SEWOL development and sustainment programs Support operations training and technical documentation development, including TOs and operations integration Coordinate with operations and development stakeholders to identify SMEs for rapid information gathering Coordinate with multiple military organizations (including Joint, Space Force, Air Force, and Navy) Review concepts, concept of operations, and multi-agency agreements to support program development and integration Adept in acquisition concepts and procedures; participate in technical studies and performance reviews; capable of working in a multi-contractor/customer environment; requires leadership and communication skills Experience working on classified government systems and networks Required

Bachelor’s degree, STEM preferred At least 10 years experience in Program and/or Logistics Management, preferably 15+ years of DoD/Space operations experience, specifically acquisition program management or operational experience In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 7.5+ years or PhD with 3+ years is acceptable Experience with Air Force and/or Space Force operations, C2, theater operations, space tasking cycle, and operator training; preferably with EW and/or SATCOM experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Demonstrated competency in technical writing Familiarity with agile environments as a Scrum team member Superior written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with MS Office products Experience with multi-disciplinary teams of Military and technical managers Desired

Master’s degree (STEM) 15+ years in Program Management for DoD/Space operations with acquisition program management and/or operational experience SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP, CSM, APDP or equivalent certifications Experience in EW and/or SATCOM or USSF mission domains Experience in technical studies and performance reviews; multi-contractor/customer environment Experience at CSpOC, USSPACECOM, Space Force Field Commands Experience with cloud-based DevSecOps Platform One Experience as Product Repository technician or lead Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and deliver results; strong leadership and collaboration Objectivity, creativity, flexibility, analytical thinking and conflict management Customer service excellence for internal and external customers Clearance

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required Compensation

Compensation is unique to each candidate and typically ranges from $120,000 to $160,000, depending on education, experience, certifications and other requirements Benefits
