Overview As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; you ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, you are passionate about visual standards, and you collaborate with your team to get the job done. You represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

You have a passion for merchandising: support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.

Floorsets are your focus: drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are executed to Floorset standards.

You are a merchandising innovator: own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.

You have a teamwork mindset: assist the Merchandising Team Leader in helping the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.

You are a people person: prioritize guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate wins with the team.

Integrity is important: maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; support shrink-reduction strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location
