Vuori is re-defining casual athletic apparel and operates in a high-energy retail environment. The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00/hr - $20.50/hr, plus potential team pooled commission. Lead the retail sales team by example, forging connections with customers and communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. Supervise the retail floor, delegate tasks, and act as a go-to person under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Provide an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring each customer receives the best possible service and maintaining Vuori’s standards in customer interactions. Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit. Build lasting relationships with customers by engaging on product details, new arrivals, replenishment, and inviting them to upcoming events. Stay knowledgeable on new and best-selling products and share relevant information with customers and the team. Lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in the store. Motivate the sales team and help achieve sales goals in a team-based environment; seek new product knowledge to serve as a customer expert. Coordinate inventory needs to support business goals and communicate needs accordingly. Maintain daily store operations, restock merchandise, manage visual merchandising, and ensure cleanliness and safety in opening/closing processes. Qualifications
Available mornings and/or evenings, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. Strong punctuality and attendance, reliable in scheduled shifts. Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues; customer service expert who creates experiences and proactively handles concerns. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new procedures. Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative; eager to develop new skills and receptive to feedback. Additional Information
