Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan

Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business

Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue

Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and trends within your market territory

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals

Client Engagement – Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings, which may require travel beyond the driving radius of your office

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment

Current and valid driver’s license

Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels

Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics

Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company

Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently
