Key Responsibilities
Develop sales plans: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Build relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises, as well as with customers, thought leaders, and other prospects. Lead negotiations: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts. Provide input: Provide input on product development based on market feedback and stay up to date on new product features. Identify opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and define strategies for market penetration. Analyze data: Analyze sales metrics data to help evolve sales strategy. Maintain documentation: Maintain documents detailing sales, quotes, and more. Begin a conversation with the prospective customer via telephone or email to establish lead interest. Research a company beforehand for alignment to KCS requirements. Follow up on leads generated by the website and cold calling; update all activity in CRM systems. Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads. Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers. Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect. Maintain CRM tools to document sales activities and generate accurate pipeline information. Key Requirements
Effective communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software. General knowledge of sales processes and goals. Ability to analyze multiple data points and summarize findings for the sales team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Company Info
