Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach via calls, emails, and social media Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and schedule appointments for Account Managers Establish rapport with educators and administrators to emphasize the value of Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress towards sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation efficiency and refine sales techniques Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills for relationship-building with peers and customers Preferred Qualifications
