Territory Sales Manager - Fitness Equipment (NYC)

– $85K base + $170K+ OTE (uncapped commission), full benefits. We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth in the Hospitality & Residential (H&R) segment across NYC. You’ll sell to owners, executives, developers, and decision makers at luxury hotels, resorts, spas, and high-end residential communities—delivering wellness solutions that combine premium fitness equipment, connected digital platforms, and sleek Italian design. This is a true hunter role: consultative, long-cycle sales where you’ll open new doors, shape projects, and build relationships that position you as the trusted partner for wellness-focused lifestyle brands and luxury developments. What You’ll Do

Drive new business with hotels, resorts, spas, and residential developers across NYC Lead a consultative, high-touch sales process with executives, property managers, and developers Manage longer, high-value sales cycles ($5K–$25K+ per deal), often tied to large capital projects Partner with architects, designers, and project teams to integrate luxury wellness solutions into spaces Deliver revenue, profitability, and market growth targets Position yourself as the advisor for wellness-driven, space-efficient, and design-led fitness solutions What You’ll Bring

3+ years of high-value B2B sales experience selling into corporate or executive-level environments (SaaS, technology, or other solution-driven industries welcome) Experience selling higher-ticket items ($5K–$25K+) in a consultative, solution-oriented model Strong track record managing longer sales cycles, complex negotiations, and multi-stakeholder deals Executive-level polish: confident, credible, and able to sell to senior decision makers, developers, and hospitality leaders CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus) Passion for fitness, wellness, and innovation—you live the lifestyle you’re selling Why You’ll Love Working Here
