Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity includes one of the most comprehensive compensation and benefits packages in oral surgery today: $600,000 annual advance salary (bi-weekly payments) against 35% of collections — typical annual earnings $1M–$3M+. $50,000 sign-on bonus ($25K at contract signing, $25K on start date). Student loan assistance up to $300,000 ($100K per year, years 2–4). Relocation assistance up to $10,000. 100% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family. $60,000 Life/AD&D policy plus short- and long-term disability. $13,700 medical reimbursement annually. 401(k) with 4% employer match. Continuing Education: $10,000 annual CE reimbursement + 10 CE days + all license renewals covered. Malpractice/liability insurance with full tail coverage. Partnership opportunities for long-term growth and equity.

Practice Locations
We are currently sourcing for full-time and part-time surgeons in multiple markets:
Charlotte, NC – metro practice with a strong referral base. Princeton, WV – established practice with retiring surgeons. Roanoke, VA – brand-new practice opening Q4 2025. Ashland, KY – established practice with community-driven opportunity.

Qualifications (Required)
