Overview
Shriners Children’s Northern California is seeking a part-time Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room team. The role provides direct patient care during surgical procedures as the scrub technician, assists the circulating nurse, and helps prepare and maintain OR equipment, supplies, and instruments for a variety of procedures. This position is part-time (40 hours per pay period), non-exempt, and benefits eligible.

Responsibilities
Serves as a member of the operative room team providing direct patient care during a variety of surgical procedures as scrub technician, assists circulating nurse as assigned
Serves as a member of the operating room team in communication with team members to assess and anticipate equipment, supplies and instruments
Participates in the maintenance, care and preparation for a variety of instruments, set systems and supplies for the Operating Room or ancillary department needs

Compensation and benefits The pay range for this position is $38.70 - $51.81/hour. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and department equity.
