Suncoast Skin Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified and Fellowship trained MOHS Surgeon to join our growing practice. Strong need for a full-time Fellowship trained MOHS Surgeon performing MOHS and some General Dermatology. Benefits/Outcomes Generous compensation package with opportunity to far exceed the national benchmarks Competitive employee benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability, 401-K with match, Generous PTO package, Paid Holidays, Paid CME days, CME allowance, and more Strong, established office locations with full support staff Strong, established MOHS and General Dermatology patient schedules Strong, established internal referral base Clinical autonomy to practice per standards of care Flexibility to optimize patient scheduling and clinical flow Staffing per Surgeon’s preference Well trained, experienced medical assistants who can scribe as needed Practice is fully electronic with intuitive, easy to use EMR Fully built, CLIA certified MOHS lab and MOHS van with specialized equipment to ensure optimal practice environment Fully built treatment rooms with specialized equipment to ensure optimal practice environment and care for patients Professional management team at your disposal to assist with all aspects of clinical operations such as HR, IT, billing, credentialing, compliance, and additional support services Requirements Must be Fellowship Trained and be a Board-Certified Physician in Dermatology Active State of Florida License Must have a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Dermatology from an approved university Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients Strong leadership and problem solving skills Provide a collaborative, Supervising Physician role Manual dexterity and an eye for detail Track and maintain patients' records regularly Work with an EMR system Adhere to state laws and regulations Strong commitment to quality and safety of patients HIPAA and OSHA compliant Great knowledge of procedures for handling confidential information Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Job Details Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $400,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
