Overview
As the Regional Delivery Lead – Invoice to Cash, you’ll oversee critical financial operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, including billing, collections, deductions, and cash application. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility with four in-office days per month at our Grand Rapids, MI location. Candidates may be based in Michigan or Chicago, IL. You’ll join a collaborative, performance-driven team responsible for delivering on key service level agreements and performance metrics, while continuously improving processes and partnering with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Together, you’ll shape strategy, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable impact across the business. Responsibilities
Lead Regional Invoice to Cash (ITC) Operations – Oversee the end-to-end ITC processes across North America, including billing, collections, deductions, and cash application. Ensure delivery of SLA and KPI targets while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Engage Stakeholders and Drive Strategy – Build strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key partners to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose strategic solutions. Represent Kellanova in industry forums and benchmarking initiatives.
Develop and Empower High-Performing Teams – Manage and coach a geographically distributed team of 70+, including 4–6 direct reports. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration across a global team to drive results.
Vendor and Compliance Management – Lead governance and performance management of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors supporting ITC processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to internal controls, GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
Expertise in Invoice to Cash processes
Proven experience in people and process management
Strong customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Compensation
The annual salary range is $160,100 - $210,105, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available. What’s Next
