Our team is looking for a dynamic strategist and problem-solver to analyze HR metrics and derive data-driven narratives for key stakeholders. The Firmwide Analytics Director role will support the Firmwide discipline in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of analyses to senior Firm leadership, as well as partner with various functions to develop reports that advise on business and talent strategy.
What You’ll Do In The Role
Support advanced analytics in workforce strategy and productivity for senior leaders, including the Firm Operating Committee and external clients Influence dashboard development to align with Firmwide business needs, cascade the accessibility of evolving KPIs, and improve client self-service Present data-driven recommendations to senior clients and business leaders, as well as evolve reporting deliverables to meet clientele focus areas Collaborate with various HR functions to generate holistic Firmwide insights based on individual BU trends Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and simplification to ensure processes are sustainable and scalable What You’ll Bring To The Role
At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, analytical or quantitative business, or a related field Ability to handle multiple requests from senior clients and manage complex processes Experience in creating executive presentations and data narration / storytelling Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and other similar data analysis tools Critical thinking skills to synthesize complex data sets and distill findings into clear, actionable insights to drive decision-making and present trends to diverse audiences Ability to manage multiple, complex processes and priorities and think beyond current business requirements to anticipate future needs What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley
