The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's GRC/Risk products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that enables enterprise processes to execute with uniform information. What you get to do in this role

Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting, and execution Provide input to Account Executive during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles Support customers to envision the value of digital transformation and help develop strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customers, and partners Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and alignment within the engagement model Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment Qualifications / to be successful in this role

Candidate must reside in the mid to western United States where the account base is located Candidate must have experience selling GRC/Risk products Experience leveraging or evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., AI-powered tools, automating workflows, AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI impact) 5+ years of knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead a solution win Experience as an Account Executive, or in an alternative sales role Understanding of business sales processes Travel required: 30-50% Compensation and benefits

For positions in this location, base pay ranges from $111,000 to $166,000 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure. The base pay is a guideline and total compensation varies by qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
