Regional Director of Business Development
to develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
The
Regional Director of Business Development
will be responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding geographic footprint where strategically appropriate. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations leaders, and Management team.

Responsibilities
SALES: Responsible for the overall sales growth of the company and increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long term growth strategies.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential new business. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Attend and exhibit at conferences to build relationships.
STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop annual new business goal and strategies for the assigned area that align with company objectives.
CRM: Master and train others in CRM functions and capabilities. Act as the primary individual responsible for customer and prospects contact info and data.
COLLABORATION: The ability to work with many different groups of individuals, internally and externally. Collaborate with cross functional areas within Lunchtime Solutions for planning and informational purposes.
COMMUNICATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Communication is key for stakeholders to know about contractual expectations, obligations, performance metrics, and any compliance issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Extensive experience in K-12 business development and not-for-profit school food service preferred
Ability to identify and influence decision makers
Strong financial acumen
Strong presentation and communication skills
Must understand state/government contracting that is funded with state and federal funds
This position is a remote position based in our current operating footprint in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Missouri. Travel required based on business needs.
