Responsibilities
Work under one of Atlanta’s Top 100 attorneys and handle high-profile Insurance Defense cases from inception to close.
Assist senior attorneys with drafting and discovery during the Litigation process while maintaining firm standards and diligence.
Play a significant role in the Litigation process and take point on select cases, including dispute resolution.
Collaborate with senior figures on complex matters and contribute to case strategy and execution.
Support ongoing professional development through the firm’s CPE investments, including networking events, conferences, licenses, and courses.
Maintain timely and accurate case documentation and client communications.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense or a related field.
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented mid-size firm environment.
