Job Description Bestbath is seeking an experienced sales management professional to lead sales efforts in our dealer channel. The position reports to the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development and leads a team of regional developers and inside sales staff to grow our dealer business. The role requires engagement with the sales team, dealers, and across the organization to deliver an accurate understanding of our dealer network and pipeline, ensuring proper management and execution of the sales cycle from lead to close. This is a sales leadership position focused on developing and deploying strategy, enabling the sales staff, owning critical sales metrics, and collaborating across functions to drive continuous improvement for employees, clients, and end users. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the outside sales team to generate new dealers and grow business with existing dealers. Manage and utilize the CRM to capture opportunities and provide visibility into the dealer pipeline. Lead and support the outside and inside sales teams in identifying and building opportunities with the dealer channel. Oversee the internal dealer order processing team, including migration of sales orders to purchase orders and through production scheduling, in collaboration with the Operations Team. Develop and deploy strategy, measure strategic metrics, and stay informed about market conditions. Develop and report on the sales funnel and key metrics. Provide analytics and KPI reporting to the sales team and leadership. Partner with marketing to manage lead handling and flow. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business improvement efforts. Manage multiple priorities and deliver on schedule. Maintain ongoing engagement with dealers, partners, and associations within key market segments. Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, finance, design, or construction preferred). 3+ years leading a sales team; experience managing remote, regionally focused sales professionals. Experience in CRM management to support sales staff. Experience in consultative selling and coaching others to succeed in it. Customer service experience including assessing needs and evaluating satisfaction. Minimum 3 years’ experience or equivalent in construction or related discipline; bathing/composite industry knowledge a plus. Valid driver’s license with good driving record; insurable; travel >= 2 weeks per month. Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to Bestbath products; subject matter expert in the area. Sales management software experience is a plus. Work Environment & Travel Travel required; local and national; personal vehicle may be used for local transportation. Opportunity to contribute to program development and dealer initiatives. Compensation Base wage of $100,000-$125,000/year DOE. Annual variable compensation plan up to 40% of base salary.
