World’s Client Advisors provide risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. The primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) while also assisting with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. World offers a broad platform to help clients solve challenges across traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, retirement financial services, and related services. Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on High-Net Worth and Private Client accounts, including affluent individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and key centers of influence Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through the funnel to closing Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential Utilize World’s platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners across the full range of services Qualifications

Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients Ability to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and HR outsourcing services) Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment Desirable but not mandatory: experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker; familiarity with agency management software (AMS360, Epic) and a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot); experience building and presenting client pitch decks Compensation

As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is tied to effort and performance. Base salary plus commissions, plus a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. Base salary range: $80,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and ability to drive revenue. Base salary grows with book of business, with potential to exceed the top of the range.
