Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate for the Silicon Valley Area. This requisition contains multiple locations; there is not an immediate opening for every location listed. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations. The role includes in-office attendance with role-specific flexibility. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66). You will learn foundational skills to manage client relationships and provide advice and solutions to help clients meet their financial goals, progressing through development stages within the Academy and Bank of America/Merrill. Progression: After demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and may have opportunities to grow in various roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides programs, tools, and resources to support your career journey. Salary information is provided as a base pay range; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr. Role location: Silicon Valley Area (multiple locations). This posting includes multiple locations but not every location currently has an opening. We will help you build a successful career with training and onboarding programs, licensing guidance, and structured study time to obtain required licenses. Responsibilities

Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and complete any required study timelines (SIE within 30 days; Series 7 and 66 within 120 days). Develop foundational financial advisory skills: acquire, build, and manage client relationships while considering a client’s complex financial picture and providing advice and solutions. Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to suitable solutions. Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with prioritization of clients’ interests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
