What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop tailored enablement strategies for new tool and technology launches within the sales organization

Create and implement learning programs to enhance sales efficiency and productivity

Lead training sessions for Account Executives, serving as a subject matter expert

Represent sales learning needs across the organization for continuous development investment

Champion and embody the employer's cultural principles as the company scales

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university

5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments

Prior experience in quota-carrying roles, ideally in complex or technical sales processes

Strong communication and training delivery skills, with the ability to coach salespeople

Excellent organization and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in fast-paced, change-heavy environments

Direct experience with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management)

Multi-lingual with the ability to create/translate learning content (English, French, Spanish)

Ability to guide and motivate sellers to achieve performance goals
