Global Account Director, Beauty, Global Accounts Overview We have an opening for a client-facing Global Account Director based in New York who will lead the global relationship with our largest beauty advertiser(s). The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products. This role requires a strategic leader with sales/business development experience who will work with TikTok's regional sales teams around the globe. The Account Director will partner with cross-functional teams to fuel revenue growth, manage the implementation of JBP contracts and legal clearances, provide product education/innovation, and develop data-driven consultative solutions for large global brand partners. The role focuses on revenue generation, client service, and collaboration with internal teams to provide custom solutions for advertisers.

Responsibilities

Drive global revenue growth via deep collaboration with clients, regional sales partners and cross-functional teams.

Drive first-to-market, platform-leading activations and innovation on a global scale.

Support regional sales teams to solve key business blockers and enable the pitch process.

Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to drive incremental business opportunities.

Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve product offering.

Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the Regional Sales team.

Create a collaborative team environment that enables the sharing of learning/innovation across accounts and around the world.

Collaborate with diverse internal teams across Consumer, Content, Product and Revenue units to drive organizational KPIs.

Global Reporting & Analysis: forecasting, deal management and analysis of spend, seasonality, market participation and saturation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

– Proven leadership experience in sales or business development with a record of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing; excellent collaboration skills; global experience operating in global networks and regional nuances; ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance; proactive with strong project management, organizational and analytical skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT).

Preferred Qualifications

– Leadership and people management experience; experience managing CPG advertisers with understanding of their business and media challenges; self-starter, fast learner with critical thinking; passion for TikTok.

Job Information For Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,400 - $212,800 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
