Overview
Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with LoopNet (a part of CoStar Group), you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using our analytic tools. Day to day, you will leverage CoStar Group’s depth of knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations.
On-site requirement: This role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, regular value-added communication, and share market insights to help clients achieve goals.
Travel – Build strong client relationships and prospect through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels.
Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
Regular and consistent access to an operable motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility to adapt to a high-growth, changing environment.
Self-starter who can work within a team and independently.
