Territory Manager
to lead sales and business development across the Carolinas region. You’ll walk fairways with superintendents, showcase FireFly’s autonomous mower technology, and help clubs and facilities modernize their turf operations. Expect to spend much of your time on the road, building relationships, leading demos, and closing deals that change the way turf is managed. What We Do We design and build: Autonomous mowers

for real-time performance insights Our equipment reduces labor challenges, lowers costs, and delivers consistent, high-quality turf conditions. What You’ll Do
Build relationships with superintendents, general managers, and turf leaders across the territory Conduct live, on-course demonstrations of FireFly’s autonomous mowers Represent FireFly at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events Develop and execute a sales plan, achieving quota and growth targets Partner with Inside Sales and SDRs for smooth customer handoffs and follow-ups Track activity, pipeline, and results in HubSpot CRM Provide regular performance updates and share field insights with leadership What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside sales experience in turf equipment, agriculture, sports turf, or related industries Familiarity with golf course operations or sports field management a plus Proven record of exceeding sales targets Strong communication and presentation skills, from the course to the boardroom Willingness to travel 50–70% across your territory High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred You love being on the course and speaking the language of superintendents You thrive in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment You are motivated by uncapped earnings and entrepreneurial ownership of a territory You get excited by introducing cutting-edge technology to customers Aggressive uncapped commission plan (six-figure earning potential) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Paid training Company car and work-from-home flexibility Ready to Join Us?
