Generate Revenue - Responsible for generating sales of equipment, service contracts, and service offerings with our direct end users and partners within a defined geographic area. Develop existing customer base and secure new, competitive accounts to expand IR presence. Provide compressed air solutions to fulfill industrial needs. Products include compressed air equipment, accessories, turnkey installations, service contracts, parts, service, rental equipment, and energy audits. Maintain product knowledge and training; execute strategy for continuous improvement and exceeding customer satisfaction. Achieve all assigned sales targets. Develop People Capabilities - Provide selling skills and product/services training for dealer sales personnel and customer center personnel. Partner with services team to understand products and services and meet customer needs. Manage Cash - Ensure orders are error-free with correct documentation. Resolve customer disputes. Manage costs related to selling efforts, including travel and entertainment. Ensure adherence to safety rules in the field and in the customer center. Earn Customer Loyalty - Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage service teams to troubleshoot issues or offer solutions. Maintain CRM data, including face-to-face interactions, assets, agreements, contacts, opportunities, and order follow-up. Provide market feedback and drive the sales pipeline with daily reporting. Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in an industrial sales business setting Core Competencies

Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication Establishes and builds solid relationships with customers and team members Honest, self-motivated and team oriented Ability to work in a team and independently Mechanical and electrical expertise Ability to assess customer needs, analyze data, perform basic equipment performance calculations, and recommend technical solutions Tech savvy; knowledge of Salesforce preferred Proven business and sales acumen, including prospecting, navigating customer organizations, value selling, and winning competitive accounts Excellent prioritization and time management Preferences

Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent Knowledge of Salesforce Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Regional travel to customer sites within the assigned territory Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 12 months, with no major violations in the recent past What We Offer
