KLOwen Ortho is a privately held, venture backed technology company with the Corporate Headquarters based in North Texas. Founded in 2019, KLOwen provides a complete orthodontic solution for orthodontists to treat patients with fewer visits, in less time with greater accuracy and outcomes. The customized solution starts with an image of the teeth which is then digitally simulated by KLOwen trained technicians using software in collaboration with the orthodontic practice. Once an ideal smile is digitally designed, KLOwen 3D prints a tray to transfer custom brackets to the patient’s mouth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is part of the KLOwen sales team and will be responsible for executing and driving sales utilizing the sales funnel processes captured in KLOwen’s CRM database. This role will collaborate closely with our customers (orthodontists and staff), the KLOwen Practice Development Specialist (PDS) and the Director of Sales to provide the utmost experience for our providers and ensure their overall utilization of the KLOwen Custom Braces System. The RAE must be a self-starter who is sales driven, detail oriented, an effective communicator, and laser focused on the customer’s needs. Manage and lead all sales related inquiries relating to KLOwen and the KLOwen Custom Braces System Generate leads and manage the territory through inputting all sales related data into the CRM Develop, manage, and report sales pipeline for territory metrics and evaluation Develop and maintain relationships with customers and report VOC, competitive intel, technical issues, and service-related feedback to proper channels for improvements and market planning Serve as key lead with PDS during KLOwen onboarding process of new customers Prepare reports that keep management and team informed of industry news, customer news, sales objectives, accomplishments, and competitive information Hunt for new sales and manage existing business for penetration and upgrade opportunities with existing product portfolio Grow and develop the market through inside market knowledge, sales, and market development strategies Responsible for revenue/volume/profitability targets in the territory Identify opportunities and generate leads for a robust sales funnel Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business discipline or related field (Preferred) Orthodontic knowledge or experience (Preferred) Interpersonal relationship experience including problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent relationship skills with both customers and internal colleagues Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in B2B consumer market Attention to detail in administrative functions and in communication – both written and oral Thorough understanding of financial dynamics (pricing, profitability, contract management) CRM system experience (HubSpot Preferred) Self-motivated, sales-driven, and adaptable/flexible to deliver sales goals Willingness to work weekends for corporate and industry events The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and driven to better themselves and the company, including willingness and flexibility to provide expertise in other areas outside the scope of this job as the needs arise in a growing company.
