Manage and optimize corporate negotiated accounts (LNR) and small to mid-size group blocks. Serve as a market expert for Old Town Alexandria, understanding the competitive landscape and positioning each property accordingly. Collaborate with the Area DOSM, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure smooth hand-off and execution of all confirmed bookings. Ensure effective communication and alignment between the two properties regarding sales strategies, group logistics, and account servicing. Represent both hotels at industry events, sales missions, trade shows, and networking functions where applicable. Monitor and report on group pace, transient production, and corporate account performance across both hotels. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals set in conjunction with the Area DOSM and property leadership. Track and analyze sales performance, booking trends, and market intelligence to inform future strategy. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a lifestyle, luxury, or boutique environment; prior experience managing both group and business travel segments. Familiarity with Marriott systems (CI/TY, MARSHA, Lanyon, MARRFP, MRDW) strongly preferred. Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities across two properties; proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Travelclick Agency Demand and Agency360).
