Responsibilities Include: Managing client relationships Determining and guiding overall project direction Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project Managing resources and productivity Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline Building strong client relationships and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position Required Experience: PE License 10+ years’ experience in Land Development Supervision of full-time staff Retail, commercial and residential land development experience Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills
