Planning Engineer (Scheduler) | Underground Railway | Primavera P6 | MRT Project

[Job ID: 1036483] Roles and Responsibilities: Support the Project Director/Manager in project coordination and planning activities to meet timelines and deliverables. Prepare and manage baseline and working programme schedules; monitor progress to ensure alignment with project milestones. Prepare, manage and submit monthly payment requests to the client, incorporating monthly progress status and physical work done, in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor and construction team. Provide regular project updates in reports such as weekly/monthly reports, progress update programme summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments. Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective planning and project execution. Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders for alignment and timely issue resolution. Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Assist in tender submissions, method statements, and claims preparation. Oversee on-site safety and environmental compliance, including identification of potential hazards and review of method statements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Recognised). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for underground railway projects. Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
