MRO Engineer
to support the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of aircraft power generation and distribution products. This role is crucial for maintaining flight safety and efficiency. If you thrive on troubleshooting complex electromechanical and hydraulic systems and ensuring strict regulatory compliance, we want to talk to you! What You'll Be Doing: Certification & Compliance:
Lead the interpretation of maintenance manuals and FAA/EASA regulations (CFR Parts 21, 43, 145) to establish and certify repair station capabilities. Technical Development:
Develop, document, and train MRO personnel on advanced repair and test methods. Tooling & Testing:
Design, modify, and prototype specialized tooling and test equipment required for component repair. Quality & Improvement:
Collaborate with Quality and Operations to improve production efficiency, reduce defects, and ensure all processes meet demanding quality standards. Advanced Problem-Solving:
Use your hands-on experience to troubleshoot manufacturing defects and assembly issues on the production line. Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Education:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering. Experience:
Minimum
3 years
of engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Aerospace strongly preferred). Technical Skills:
Proficiency with
GD&T , drawing interpretation, CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent), and understanding of
electrical theory
and mechanical systems. Regulation:
Must have experience working under aerospace regulatory frameworks (FAA/EASA). US Person:
